MEP Expert, also known as MEP International Expert and trading as MEP Engineering & Expert Consultant Ltd (UK) was initially established in Dubai in the UAE in 2007 offering MEP Design Consultancy services to high profile regional clients.
Operating as in Independent MEP Expert and Consultancy, whilst I focus on dispute matters as my core business, all areas of MEP design and construction is catered for.

Formed from over 35 years in the MEP Design and Construction Industry, working with leading Consultants and Contractors, I can provide proven support for Disputes and Project Management.
I operate Internationally with registered offices in the UK and UAE to enable global support including the Americas, MENA and Far East regions.

I established MEP Engineering & Expert Consultant Ltd to provide dispute Lawyers, Developers, Consultanats and Contractors Independent and unbiased support for project specific issues.

Expert Witness
As an Independent Mechanical and Electrical (MEP) dispute consultant/Expert Witness, I have been involved in numerous MEP disputes and compiled extensive reports into various Design and Construction activities, including Construction Claims, Counter Claims, Mitigation and Arbitration.
I have experience in producing reports in accordance with CPR35 and ICC guideleines and have experience of being cross-examined.
Client confidentiality is paramount and as such any Conflict of Interest and Non-Disclosure agreements are established prior to the undertaking of any works.
Project Management
Project Management provides an advantageous insight into up to date trends and construction principles.
For bespoke clients I provide PM support for critical project deliverables.
